Graphite powder is a finely ground carbon nanomaterial which can be applied to paper for an impressive range of tonalities. Using this material in conjunction with a soft brush, color shaper or blender is a fun way to bring out the best in your drawings and paintings. Graphite is also a good fixative to use to help keep your work from smudging. It is a bit more expensive than some of the other products on our shelf, but it is well worth the extra cost to get your art looking the best it can. It may be a little time consuming and a bit messy, but it is also fun to play with! The main drawback is that it dries out quickly, so you will need to refresh it often.
