The chemical formula ZrSi2 is zirconium silicide. This is a metallic gray rhombic, glossy crystal with a relative density 4.8822. Zirconium Silicide is insoluble, but not soluble, in water, organic acid, or aqua regia.

The furnace should heat at 600°C. The reaction is allowed to cool to room temperature. After that, open the autoclave to get rid of the product.
2. The reaction products were washed in distilled water. Next, they were washed with anhydrous ethanol and dilute chloric acid, respectively. After each washing, the product was placed in a vacuum drying oven drying for four hours. Zirconium silicide Nanomaterials was prepared based upon the quality of the raw zirconium dioxide used.
